As a Sales Manager, you will sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment. Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers. Strive to retain and gain customers with a friendly, helpful attitude. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, while maintain store appearance and pricing.
This opportunity allows you to be part of a high energy sales team to provide consistently outstanding customer service, resulting in positive brand loyalty. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service. You will be asked to offer and close phone sales, accessories, insurance, etc.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Upselling and cross-selling experience
- Multilingual skills a plus, especially in Spanish
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
