Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and managing store hours.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate product ordering, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, communicating effectively with customers, and maintaining a professional tone.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals on products and services.
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage cash handling and POS systems to minimize losses and maintain store security.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales, such as promotions and product demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including those related to employee safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with other store managers and the sales team to promote cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment, preferably in wireless sales or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling systems.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and purchase merchandise and supplies.
- Proficiency with POS systems and wireless sales techniques.

- Experience with shift management and labor cost control.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as needed for company business.
