Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute loss prevention strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct audits, analyze shrink trends, and implement solutions to reduce risk.
- Train store teams on theft prevention, fraud detection, and security protocols.
- Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and security violations, working with law enforcement when needed.
- Monitor and optimize security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls).
- Partner with leadership to align loss prevention with broader business objectives.
- Report on shrinkage, investigations, and risk management efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10 years in loss prevention, with 5 in a regional leadership role with Direct Reports.
- Experience in retail or wireless industry loss prevention overseeing 300 retail locations.
- Strong expertise in theft/fraud prevention and security technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Loss Prevention certification (Wicklander preferred).
- Experience with law enforcement collaboration.
- Knowledge of asset protection laws.
