Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our dynamic support team. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with part-related inquiries, including compatibility, specifications, and troubleshooting. The role also involves regular communication with our team and vendors in China to find accurate and timely solutions for customer concerns. Fluency in Mandarin is required, as this role will also support translation and communication between our U.S. team and Chinese vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product parts via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about part specifications, compatibility, and availability.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to parts and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the China-based procurement and product teams to resolve technical questions and clarify part details.
- Assist with translation between English and Mandarin for smooth communication between the U.S. team and vendors in China.
- Track and follow up on open customer cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product catalog and stay updated on new arrivals and changes.
- Support other departments with part-related inquiries and translation needs as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in electronics, parts distribution, or a related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to assist with professional translation and clear communication across cultures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate communication with international teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
