Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting mobility limited passengers safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations, ensuring timely deliveries and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate handicap vans, to deliver passengers to designated locations.
- Utilize wheelchairs as needed to assist passengers.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during transport, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Interact with staff in the healthcare environment.
- Maintain accurate records of transports, including mileage and times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Assist with assisting passengers to wheelchair as required, ensuring proper handling and care.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas drivers license.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A clean driving record with no major violations is preferred.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
