Mobility Bone & Joint Institute (MBJI), the largest Orthopaedic Multi-Specialty practice in the Merrimack Valley, recently merged with other area practices to form the Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA), one of the largest orthopedic multi-specialty practices in the United States.
MBJI seeks a Controller to join the Finance Team. This role reports to the CEO/CFO and will have responsibility for financial reporting/month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation and compliance. This is a full-time position and will have the Finance Manager as a direct report. Our rapid growth may require additional staffing over time.
This position offers candidates a dynamic, high growth opportunity in healthcare. Both MBJI and NOA are at the early stages of building the next level of a healthcare organization which will likely include potential new business ventures. Once grounded in the position, the Controller will work with the CEO on evolving the strategic vision of the organization and assist in budgeting and financial analysis of these opportunities.
- Degree in accounting or finance required;
- Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred;
- Experience in general accounting and QuickBooks and/or other general ledger systems;
- Revenue Cycle experience is a plus, but not required.
