Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician who has previously worked on durable medical equioment to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and delivering/set up various types of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Use computerized system software to track work orders and document repairs
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide field service support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
- Be able to lift at least 75lbs on your own
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
