- Proven record of strong personal sales

- A passion and strength in recruiting / training and building a great team
- A passion for success and an unwavering work ethic
- Letter of recommendation from your current supervisor
- Current Metric Managers, MITs , Assistant Managers, or Store Managers are preferred (but not required)
- Moving packages available for those needing to re-locate to take on this opportunity
