Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mobility equipment.
- Access Ramp evaluation and installations
- Schedule and conduct customer visits.
- Demonstrate safe usage of equipment to customers.
- Build a positive rapport with customers.
- Obtain referrals for new customers.
- Embrace and uphold company quality and service standards.
- Maintain company standards of excellence and ethics.
- Follow company procedures.
- Maintain personal appearance standards.
- Provide suggestions for additional new equipment or upgrade existing equipment.
- Source and order parts.
- Attending online supplier training sessions.
Skills Needed:
- Attention to detail. * Critical thinking. * Basic mechanical skills. * Proficiency with basic tools. * Basic understanding and application of electronics. * Basic understanding and use of a multimeter/ohm meter. Qualifications: * High School diploma. * Experience in a similar role preferred. * Reliable transportation. * Customer service/sales experience preferred but not required. * Desire to help those in need. * Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to work independently in various settings (residences, assisted living communities, skilled nursing settings, etc.). * Local travel required using a company vehicle, personal vehicle, or both.
