What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobility Consultant position at MOBILITY PLUS?
Mobility Plus is seeking a dynamic new team member to join us as Mobility Consultant at our Longmont, Colorado location. Mobility Plus sells, rents, installs and services mobility equipment including scooters, ramps, stairlifts, wheelchairs and more in Northern Colorado. We work closely with our veterans, seniors, handicapped and disabled communities to provide mobility products that improve their lives.
The Mobility Consultant position is responsible for all aspects of showroom presentation, organization and performance. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated and detail oriented. This includes answering phones, emails and in-person interactions with customers and vendors. Previous experience working with seniors, veterans and mobility equipment is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Showroom organization, cleaning, stocking and pricing with spec sheets
- Greeting walk-in customers and demonstrating showroom equipment
- Complete sales of showroom merchandise with QuickBooks software
- Administration of our mobility equipment rental program including reservations, contracts, billing and deliveries
- Receiving shipments and deliveries of equipment and parts in showroom
- Assist with marketing emails, phone calls, sales and promotions
- Continuing training on all products and services offered by Mobility Plus
- Assist with in-store repairs, battery changes and loading of equipment into client vehicles and storage
- More duties assigned as training and experience allow

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
