As we scale, we need a Project Manager who can own product deployments, manage customer relationships, and drive expansion opportunities. This role blends technical expertise in robotics software, software as a service and has a strong project execution with a sales-driven customer engagement.
About the Role
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, leading the end-to-end deployment of AMR control and orchestration software while identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth customer integration, high adoption rates, and continued revenue growth.

- Collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into the AMR control and orchestration platform.
- Develop deployment playbooks, streamlining implementation for scalability across multiple customers and sites.
- Monitor key metrics and adoption rates, using data insights to improve software performance and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with real-world operational needs.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts, working closely with the business development team to communicate the value of our solutions.
