What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Product position at MobilityWare?
As a Vice President of Product, you will oversee one of our internal game studios with P&L ownership of 5 distinct teams and, currently, 19 live games.

The right candidate will be excited by the idea of creating evergreen games for a loyal audience and will have the ability to deliver outstanding experiences at scale. They will want to lead by example and will not be afraid of working in the trenches to design new games or doing their own investigation and research.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the right candidate will have managed a meaningful size P&L and have extensive experience with both mobile and casual games. They will have created new games and have a proven track record of successful game launches.
Above all, this person will have a passion for casual games and the desire to build and grow evergreen games through great player experiences and meaningful product features. While this person will be a seasoned leader, their heart will be focused on creating and delivering joyful game experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Developing the multi-year strategy for the game suite including new games from inception to delivery to scale.
- Owning the detailed strategy and roadmap for each game with each product owner.
- Ensure the execution of roadmaps on quality and on time.
- Lead the teams throughout all phases of development, launch, and ongoing live support.
- Improve overall processes and engagement across all stakeholders and specifically with marketing and adOPS.
- Manage a talented team of product managers, designers, producers, data analysts, artists, and product owners.
- Be actively involved in game design, roadmap planning, and challenges product owners and producers.
- Oversee daily business operations and improve the overall business outlook.
- Create yearly forecasts and budgets for the games in the suite.
- Own P&L for the products; execute against the forecast and budget.
