We are seeking a highly driven Technical Sales Manager to join the U.S. operations of a leading Korean materials company, recently expanded with a new manufacturing plant in Kentucky. This role is critical to our battery materials (CNT) business and requires full ownership of customer engagement, project management, and sales development across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts and drive revenue growth
- Lead and execute strategies for acquiring new clients in the EV battery industry
- Conduct market research and establish long-term sales strategies for battery materials
- Act as project owner from development to mass production stages (including customer interface and internal coordination)
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Korean proficiency a plus)
- Proven ability to independently lead client-facing projects in the battery, materials, or chemical B2B sectors
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or related fields
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. (U.S.-based candidates preferred due to visa limitations)

- Previous experience in the battery industry (especially CNT, cathode/anode materials)
- Strong project management background with cross-functional collaboration
