Responsibilities:
- Pushing strong goals new lines, upgrades, connected devices and Fiber internet
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales floor tidy
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
