Summary
The Production Management Logistics Specialist performs inventory control and shipment schedule functions for MNAe-BSA(MG). The Production Management Logistics Specialist performs as a key contact point to customers for the company to process shipment delivery and services at the most favorable cost and terms consistent with quality standards, manufacturing, and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact for Customer (KaGA, HMMA) production plan
- Monitor Customers, production normal plan, plan changes, irregular orders and inform the related departments (Schedule, UPH, Shift plan, Volume, Working hours, and CKD / Pilot car order)
- Monitor Event parts management, and monitoring for MNAe BSA and Customers' activities (Hyundai, KaGA)
- Analysis (Initialization/verification and daily Hot parts monitoring)
- Load sheet release and truck schedule arrangement and utilization monitoring
- Expedite, Extra truck order and cancel, as well as cost analysis
- EDI, SAP order monitoring, system error analysis, and feedback
- Pilot/Prototype/IAA/PER sample schedule control
- Safety stock optimization and Min, Max Analysis
- Obsolescence part control and claim management
- Good relationships and communication with customers
- Incoming parts/containers, Stock Transfer management
- Analysis and report Pending ASN, GR Error verification
- Daily and Weekly GR Verification
- DMR/RMA report and packing slip creation, as well as maintenance history log
- Free of Change samples, return to vendor, in and out samples or parts, and quality issue parts management.
- OS&D process follow-up and reporting
- Communicate with receiving clerk, supervisors, and other teams for problem-solving
- 3rd Party Resources Cost estimation and manpower calculation
- Management outsourcing warehouse inventory including manpower
- Analysis and report root cause of warehouse activities
- Analysis and report of transportation issues
- Setup and evaluate the transportation companies
- PDA cycle counting and verification
- Label inventory stocks for delivery if required
- Monitor inventory FIFO and high rack inventory accuracy
- Offsite rotation at our MNAe warehouse in West Point Ga
KPI and Reporting
- Report inventory turnover days and amount (on a weekly/monthly basis)
- Analyze and report daily cycle counting/physical inventory results, and evaluate root causes
- Monitoring ASN, GR, Backlog, Hot parts, and parts transfer (daily)
- Monitoring and verifying daily or weekly GR verification (payment if needed)
- Issue and create DMR, and RMA logs (daily basis)
- Extra/Expedite/Cancel load frequency review (monthly)
- Optimize truckload and utilization (per shipment)
- Comply with Customer/Department specific documents
- Performs special assignments as delegated.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience required
- 2 years of experience in the Just in Sequence production control field in the Automotive industry (Production Planning, BOM, and Engineering Order change control)
- Working experience with Hyundai / Kia / MOBIS
- Experienced in automotive assembly/manufacturing
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong sense of responsibility
- SAP (PP/MM/SD module) and MES experience
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills across the plant
- Must be effective in oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficient and detail-oriented
- Prior MS Office and/or SAP/MNAe/Hyundai portal experience is desirable
