Summary
NPI Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing new parts of electric vehicles PE (Power Electric) System (Motor, Reducer, Inverter, ICCU) Assembly.
As the NPI Sourcing Manager assisting the Senior Manager in the development of new parts of the electric vehicle PE system, your role will be to support project management with suppliers, assist with supplier mold and equipment development, quality improvement, and manage parts quality issues. You will also be responsible for managing supplier capacity and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
The role is responsible for supplier manufacturing capability assessment, Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and ongoing continuous improvement of supplier performance, such as : quality, delivery, cost reduction, capacity planning, proactive risk management, etc.

Project Management
- Is responsible for part development and implementations.
- Conducts detailed project plans, tactical execution, schedules in each part project.
- Provides Management overview and reporting on critical project tasks.
- Maintains strong relationship with suppliers, internal and external customers.
- Communicates regularly with upper management including HQ regarding the status of current projects, obtains upper management guidance and approval as required.
