Outbound Operator - 2nd Shift
Summary
An operator team member is responsible for operating warehouse machine equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the machinery and will be required to perform duties such as loading and unloading trucks and inspecting equipment. Physical requirements include lifting and moving heavy objects. The operator should also have good communication skills, be able to work independently, follow processes, procedures, and directions from the supervisor.
This posting is for our PE Outbound Logistics Facility located in Richmond Hill, GA. The starting base rate of pay will be $20.20 per hour with non-performance based pay increases every 6-months for the first 3 years.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assemblies (BSAs) and Electric Powertrain (PE) Systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment (Forklift, Tugger, Pallet Jack, etc.)
- Loading and unloading dry van trailer equipment
- Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Maintain safe and orderly practices
- Transport pallets to and from production line
- Delivery arrival check ins and departure check outs
- Inspection of equipment and communicate defects
- Reports to Operations Supervisor
- Comply with company polices and guidelines
- Will require certification training upon starting before operating equipment
- Other training requirements include safety and quality training that will be provided upon being hired
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience Requirements
- One year or more operating warehouse equipment
- One year or more working in a warehouse or plant operation
Working Conditions:
- 100% on the production floor walking and standing
- Required to always wear PPE correctly
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
