Salary
The starting base rate of pay will be $20.20 per hour with a pay progression every 6-months.
Job Responsibilities
The Production Team Member will be responsible for:
- Operating production equipment and tooling
- Assembling products and parts in manufacturing processes
- Performing validation testing
- Meeting deadlines of individual production targets during shift
- Creating progress reports, defect reports, and incident reports as necessary
- Maintaining lineside stock levels
- Keeping the worksite clean
- Reviewing and following manufacturing manuals/processes
