Summary
Manager has an understanding and knowledge of automotive parts, in particular, Preferably if manager has the knowledge of electric powertrain products (motor, inverter, reducer, on board charger, converter, battery system)
Based on this, manager has can negotiate and determine parts cost/price through communication with the customer, business plan sales cost/price, monthly sales management, component development schedule management, and mass production related tasks are carried out.
In addition, the manager provides feedback on requests from various customer departments, giving customers a positive image of the company and contributing to improving the company's development, growth and profit and loss
The manager is responsible for assisting the senior manager well, making decisions about the job in a timely manner, and fostering subordinates.
ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLC
MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Set up the price strategy based on cost calculations.
- Negotiate sales cost/price with OEM project.
- Negotiate tooling costs and other expenses with OEM.
- Communicate with customer for cost/price change.
- Manage daily billing for the trading goods.
- Prepare monthly closing reports and estimations.
- Manage sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Analyze monthly sales results and report to upper management level.
- North American Electric Powertrain product Market Research, Analysis and Marketing Activities (Key Competitor Analysis and New Product Trend)
- Customer Relationship Management : Handling schedule by collaborating with purchasing/procurement team.
- Communicate with OEM regarding any issues.
- Maintains strong relationship with suppliers, internal and external customers.
- Communicates regularly with upper management including HQ regarding the status of current projects, obtains upper management guidance and approval as required.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Experience : 5-10 years
- Managerial Experience : 3-5 years
- Education : Bachelor's Degree(BA/BS)
- Degree Field : Engineering/Science or Business/Economics field, or 5 years equivalent work experience in Automotive industry.
(Automobile parts cost/accounting/price/sales work experience)
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong cost/accounting analytical and technical skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment
- Experience in Electric Powertrain product
- Experience in using ERP system
- Negotiation/ Project Management Skills in Automotive industry
- Hyundai/Kia Motor parts cost/accounting/price/sales (3 years)

Working Conditions
- Office setting, some walking within and between buildings
- Overtime as needed
- Frequent travel with possible overnight or extended stays
- Working in all Development work groups if needed
