Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager who will manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving team success. This role is crucial in shaping our sales strategy, coaching SDRs, and ensuring that our pipeline remains robust and healthy.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed their targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and appointments for the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, training, and support.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and outreach processes.
- Maintain and analyze performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews.
