Job Description:
The Head of Sales Development will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed their targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and outreach processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, training, and support.

Requirements:
