Acquisition Intelligence Program Support Analyst 1

Mobius is searching for a Watch Officer in Colorado Springs. Perform as all-source Acquisition Intelligence Program Support Analyst as part of a team responsible for producing authoritative intelligence assessments on adversaries and effects on US/DoD weapons. Conduct all-source intelligence research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence. Compare events with all-source intelligence research to determine adversary capability and intent and the impact of the threat on the system of systems. Demonstrate the ability to think critically and produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings that describe the all-source threat intelligence picture to senior US government intelligence and operations officials. Recommend having all-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies to include NGA (National Geo-Spatial-Intelligence Agency), NASIC (National Air and Space Intelligence Center), DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), DEFSMAC, ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) and NGIC (National Ground Intelligence Center) or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components. Intelligence support to the acquisition or requirements community is preferred. Additional experience with OPIR, Space Sensors and threats against them, C2BMC, HBTSS (Hypersonic and Ballistic Missile Tracking Space Sensor), Ballistic Missile Defense Exercises and MDA tests. Develop concepts, approaches, and strategies to support DoD agencies is preferred.

This position is located in Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs.

Qualifications:

• Required: 10 years’ experience in intelligence analysis and/or CCMD/IC/MDA watch center and operations support
• Will be trained as a watch stander
• Will also serve as contractor site lead and Test Directorate Exercise and Wargame (DTWX) portfolio manager
• Ability to write high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings for senior-level government officials
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with analysts in the intelligence community

Recommended

• Member have knowledge of acquisition and requirements processes
• Member have All-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components. Intelligence support to the acquisition or requirements community is preferred
• Experience/knowledge of Missile Defense Agency, OPIR, Space Sensors and threats against them, C2BMC, HBTSS (Hypersonic and Ballistic Missile Tracking Space Sensor), Ballistic Missile Defense Exercises and MDA tests
• Knowledge of concepts and applications in C4ISR and their tactical contribution to warfighting in all operating environments

Education

• Degree in relevant field such as history, political science, sociology, or other social science field

Clearance

• Current TS/SCI eligibility required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
