Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Quickly respond and address all incoming tickets
- Resolves questions or problems over the telephone or Internet
- Interfaces with developers, sales team and accounting as needed
- Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
- Help our new customers onboard as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Nurture, build & strengthen customer relationships
- Engage existing customers on new products and features
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to answer and solve effectively all customer related issues
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be clearly understood over the phone to provide customer support
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable with cloud-based and smartphone technologies
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Proactive and self-directed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Work Experience
Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:
- 1 - 3 years experience in customer success or technical support is required
- Technical documentation writing (e.g. online help and FAQ) is a major plus
