Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the manufacturer of two premier boat brands (Action Craft and Southwind), we are looking to bring marketing functionality in-house to support our growth. This position provides meaningful career growth opportunities and will play a pivotal role in driving visibility, growth, and engagement across various marketing channels on behalf of both boat brands and in support of our growing network of boat dealers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Create marketing plans for products and services.
- Write brand messages, advertising copy, and promotional materials.
- Implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media management, content creation, digital marketing, search optimization, website management, email marketing, and event promotion.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Support sales team and authorized dealers by increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and engaging customers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
- Maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide advice to management on how to best reach the target market.
