What You’ll Do
- Develop high-impact creative ideas across digital, social, experiential and traditional media.
- Write compelling, brand-defining copy—including campaign headlines, social captions, scripts, brand manifestos, etc.
- Collaborate with a top notch creative team to concept and execute work that resonates with audiences.
- Stay ahead of culture, trends, and platforms, ensuring our brands are always at the forefront of what’s next.
- Champion creativity while keeping strategy, brand objectives, and audience insights in mind.
- 5 years of experience copywriting at a creative agency
- Ability to concept multiple ideas in a collaborative environment
- Passion for developing world class work on social platforms
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills, self-motivation, confidence
- Resilience, adaptability to changing timelines and deliverables; flexibility to work long hours when needed; reasonably quick recovery from rejection of ideas and tough creative feedback
- Knowledge of all main social media platforms and best practices for creative
- Ability to work on a wide range of clients ranging from entertainment to traditional brands (Gaming, Tech, Automotive, CPG, Restaurant, Beverage, Luxury, Beauty, etc.)
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills
Compensation Benefits
Annual salary: $70K - $100K- - The final salary offered will be dependent on factors such as experience, location and budgetary considerations.
- Benefits include generous paid time off, including 10 holidays, six sick days annually (for FTE), subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short/long term disability, fertility/family planning benefits, 401(k) with company match and more.
