We are seeking a full-time Housekeeper for our  luxury apartments in Clinton Township with responsibilities including move-out cleans, clubhouse upkeep, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness to ensure resident satisfaction.

Our multi-family property in Macomb County, Montclair at Partridge Creek, is seeking a committed full-time Housekeeper, who is passionate about helping us accomplish our quest for the unqualified satisfaction of every resident.

The essential functions outlined below are just a few of the keys to a successful role:

• Responsible for general housekeeping tasks for units turns, models, clubhouse and overall community including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning of sinks, toilets, countertops, rails, floors, cabinetry, etc.
• Document completed housekeeping work as necessary.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area. Inspects trash area and report any concerns to supervisor as needed.
• Adhere to established safety precautions, including fire safety, when performing tasks, using equipment and supplies.
• Ensure established infection control and universal precaution practices are maintained when performing environmental services procedures.

Qualifications

Additional requirements include:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper preferred
• Experience in multi-family, property management industry highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
