Our diversified portfolio consists of New Construction Moceri Custom Homes, Luxe Living for Lease Apartments, Moceri New Developments and Golf Courses located in various counties, townships, and cities throughout Southeast Michigan.
Our Luxe Living for Lease communities in Oakland County are seeking an additional experienced, accountable, and committed full-time Leasing Specialist who is passionate about helping us accomplish our quest for the unqualified satisfaction of every client.
This position requires the passion to meet the housing needs of potential residents and meet the expectations of both internal and external customers. The role includes the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
Candidate key attributes include but not limited to:
-Three to five years of proven successful sales experience and/or community relations marketing within multi-family properties preferred.
-Current MI Real Estate Salesperson License preferred, or required to obtain within 90 days from hire date.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs and CRM systems.
-Flexible schedule needed for residents’ events on weekends and evenings.
