About The Role :
Join Mochi Health as an Associate Product Designer and help us create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make healthcare more accessible and effective. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design interfaces that are both beautiful and functional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company. This role reports to the Head of Design..
What You'll Do :
- Zero to One Product Design : Drive the design process from user research through to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring seamless and effective user experiences.
- Cross-Platform Design : Create scalable, responsive, and intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Wireframing and Prototyping : Develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to quickly iterate and visualize design concepts, features, and user flows.
- Design Systems : Contribute to, maintain, and scale the company's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all teams.
- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to align designs with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Iterative Design : Refine and iterate on designs based on user insights, feedback, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
- End-to-End Ownership : Take full accountability for your designs, driving projects to completion from concept to final delivery.
