About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Operations. You will play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration, driving initiatives to completion, fostering a culture of excellence, and developing scalable processes that enhance provider satisfaction and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- You'll serve as the core manager for the Ops & Member Experience Team, with 5 direct reports
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance our patient experience
- Every day is different : you are responsible for meeting your team where they're at, identifying the highest priorities, and doing what needs to be done to finish the project
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and resource development for your team
- Effectively convey your teams progress, growth, and challenges to the core leadership team
- Communicate project updates to the rest of your team to strike a balance between pushing projects forward and giving your team ownership
- Deliver measurable improvements to our member experience workflows and operational design, focusing on data-driven decisions
