About The Role
As an IT & Facilities Coordinator at Aequita Pharmacy, you will be responsible for keeping our workplace running smoothly—ensuring both our office and IT infrastructure operate efficiently. You'll manage daily office operations, support IT needs, and oversee facilities to create a productive, well-organized, and tech-enabled workspace. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment..
What You'll Do
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee office operations to maintain a clean, stocked, and well-functioning workspace.
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and facility services.
- Coordinate workspace planning, including desk assignments and office layout updates.
- Assist with visitor management, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Plan and coordinate office events, team meetings, and special projects.
Internal IT Support & Equipment Management
Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, providing hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity.Manage IT equipment, including monitors, printers, and network devices.Set up and onboard new employees with equipment & system accessWork with external vendors when advanced technical support is required.Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT support, office management, or facilities coordination.3 years of experience in office management, IT support, or workplace operations.Strong troubleshooting skills with experience managing IT hardware, office technology, and basic network setups.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.Comfortable working hands-on with employees, vendors, and leadership to resolve issues.Life at Aequita
