About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding pharmacy team. This position is based on-site in Kirkland, WA, at a non-patient-facing location. You will work closely with the full-time pharmacists and technicians at this facility. What You'll Do
- Accurately compound, measure, mix, and label medications following prescriptions and pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records of compounded prescriptions and batch preparations.
- Operate and maintain compounding equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Assist pharmacists with inventory management, including ordering and restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, in addition to upside potential, and benefits. The pay range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire compensation across all locations.
