You’ll Work With Us On
- Distilling insights from user needs and drive research into clear product directions
- Designing and prototyping interfaces for current and future products
- Shaping the patient experience by defining and refining key interactions, working closely with our engineering team to to push boundaries and deliver real value
- Have worked in teams as a founding designer
- Have owned the development of widely-used product features
- Consider yourself a high-agency generalist
- Thrive in a startup culture; resolving ambiguity and crystallizing what matters
- Care about building the best patient experience
- 2 years of experience in product design
- High proficiency in design tools; Figma and other AI tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable UI components.
- Experience designing for consumer, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
