We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will mentor junior staff, oversee medication dispensing, and ensure seamless pharmacy operations. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician ready to step into a leadership role.
This position is on-site in Kirkland, WA, at a non-patient-facing facility, where you will collaborate closely with pharmacists and technicians to uphold safety, accuracy, and efficiency in our operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor junior pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and training on best practices, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and ensure timely restocking.
- Adhere to strict safety and compliance protocols when handling medications.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims to support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to optimize pharmacy workflows.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $37 to $45 per hour, in addition to upside potential, and benefits.
