We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Manager to join Aequita Pharmacy. In this critical role, you will be the first hire for our finance team and get to build out our fast growing organization. You'll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, working cross-functionally to support our rapidly growing organization.The ideal candidate will have strong business & financial acumen, the ability to interpret complex data, and excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full year budgets and quarterly forecasts for various teams throughout our organization, including but not limited to engineering, marketing, and more!
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and support growth initiatives.
- Analyze trends and variances in financial data, offering recommendations for improvement or corrective actions.
- Partner with department heads to create and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and policies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, in addition to upside potential and benefits. The pay range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire compensation across all locations.
