Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily store operations, including cash register functions and inventory control.
• Oversee sales management strategies to maximize profitability and market presence.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct interviews and train new staff members to ensure they meet company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to maintain product availability.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead by example.
• Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for financial transactions.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and retail sales techniques.
• Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
