Position Overview
The Special Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level support to The Executive Director of Live In Your Truth & CEO of The Montgomery County Pride Family, MoCo Pride Center,Inc. in all aspects of their professional life. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Special Assistant will serve as a key representative of The CEO and the Montgomery County Pride Family, ensuring the organization’s success and amplifying its presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support :
- Manage The CEO’s complex schedule, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and talking points for meetings, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of The CEO.
- Manage CEO and organization social media accounts in conjunction with marketing teams
