MOD Behavior ABA is currently seeking qualified, dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities who are in need of assistance to reduce challenging behaviors.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) will implement behavior plans through in-home direct intervention and also supervision RBTs. They can also assist clients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
- Must have BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree or Doctorate
- 2 years experience preferred not required
- Medicaid # preferred not required

Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to RBT's
- Completes assessments and re-assessments
- Create Behavior Intervention Plans
- Update goals, targets and objectives
- Monitor treatment progress
- Analyze data and update plans accordingly
- Provide parent training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
