What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Production Positions - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts position at MOD-PAC?
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
1st Shift: 6:50am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:50pm - 7:00am
- Responsibilities of our Entry Level Associates include:
- Keep pace with production line feeding or packing
- Inspect product following quality guidelines
- Record production data
- Stage and move materials in coordination with machine schedules
- Return empty pallets to proper location
- Deliver process waste to recycling area
- Requirements for our Entry Level Associates include:
- Follow procedures, specifications, and guidelines for the position
- Work at an efficient production pace meeting expectations
- Cross-Train in other areas
- Work overtime as required
- Communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Physical Requirements include:
- Constant standing and walking
- Constant grasping and reaching
- Ability to lift 10lbs or less
- Ability to push/pull 12lbs or less
