Work Location and Schedule Expectations
The Brand Manager is a hybrid or remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a home office, Laptop and associated hardware will be provided. Seattle Area residents are expected to work in our Bellevue support center three days per week. Remote employees must reside in a state where MOD operates. Your schedule is a standard business day and has flexibility to come in early or stay late based on your personal and work demands.

Compensation: $85,000 - $92,000
- Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, competencies, experience, geographic location.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute brand strategies that strengthen MOD’s positioning, connect with guests, and keep the brand top of mind.
- Lead national and local marketing campaigns that excite guests, build brand love, and drive traffic across digital, in-restaurant, and community activations.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent brand presence across all guest touchpoints, from advertising and packaging to in-restaurant experiences and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Director and Brand Team, aligning on strategy while leading cross-functional projects with autonomy to bring initiatives to life.
- Work hand-in-hand with Culinary, Insights, and Digital teams to develop guest-first strategies, ensuring our brand and menu continue to evolve with guest preferences and industry trends.
- Own product and promotional execution, partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure flawless launches, pricing strategies, and operational success in restaurants.
- Champion menu innovation and optimization by identifying emerging trends, optimizing key categories, and developing new products that excite guests and drive business results.
- Leverage data to drive impact, managing budgets, analyzing P&L performance, and optimizing campaigns and product launches based on performance insights.
- Strengthen MOD’s competitive edge by continuously monitoring market trends, guest feedback, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Elevate the in-restaurant guest experience by ensuring every interaction—from digital ordering to dining in—feels effortless, personal, and uniquely MOD.
- Be a key partner to restaurant teams and franchise partners (if applicable), ensuring strong brand execution and local-level marketing impact at every location.
- Manage external relationships to enhance marketing efforts and maximize brand visibility.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring adherence to MOD’s brand standards while fostering innovation and fresh thinking in every campaign and product launch.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or category management, with a track record of driving growth, guest engagement, and brand innovation.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, business performance metrics, and financial levers to inform strategic decisions and maximize profitability.
- Proven ability to lead national and local marketing campaigns that build brand equity, drive traffic, and enhance the guest experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Culinary, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to bring brand and menu strategies to life.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret guest insights, market trends, and business data to shape brand strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools like Smartsheet to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries preferred, with an understanding of how brand strategy translates to in-restaurant execution.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, who can turn insights into high-impact initiatives that drive brand growth.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and brings fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, working across departments to align on brand initiatives and execute flawlessly.
