Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Deliver superior guest service by responding to guest needs in a professional, efficient manner
- Oversee hiring to maintain appropriately staffed restaurant
- Create weekly schedules
- Train and develop team in order to produce future all stars
- Monitor and assess staff performance
- Coach and mentor staff on performance issues
- Promote your brand in order to meet sales expectations
- Be a good neighbor and form community partnerships
- Track and report inventory
- Monitor financial results
- Maintain inventory levels
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of progressive responsibility in management/supervision
- Direct experience with P & L including analyzing financial reports and data
- Strong Customer Service background
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and make effective decisions quickly
- Ability to remain calm and rational under pressure
