What will you be working on?
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will develop and train the manufacturing team while leading with compassion and accountability. You'll manage customer orders, create efficient work systems, and communicate with staff and clients. Responsibilities include overseeing orders and internal improvement projects, monitoring deadlines and ensuring on time delivery, teaching and leading the manufacturing team using our existing systems, further improving and clarifying systems, and delegating various manufacturing duties as needed with very lucrative performance bonuses available for measurable improvements in key focus areas.

Ideal candidates are fun, positive, and coachable self-starters who communicate well and are efficient and detail-oriented. They should be skilled in computer use, eager to pitch in, and committed to personal and professional growth, all while appreciating humor, puns, and dad jokes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
