WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Write with purpose. Craft clear, concise, and compassionate copy that communicates healthcare and benefits information to a wide range of audiences—including employees, members, and patients.- Understand the audience. Translate complex topics such as open enrollment, plan changes, and coverage details into accessible, engaging language.
- Adapt tone and style. Tailor voice and messaging for different brands, communication channels, and audience needs while maintaining consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with project managers, designers, strategists, and account leads to ensure deliverables meet client goals and compliance requirements.
- Support multi-channel campaigns. Write copy for print, email, web, video, and internal presentations—ensuring a unified and strategic communication approach.
- Edit and proofread. Review materials for clarity, grammar, brand tone, and adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., plain language or CMS guidelines).
- Research and fact-check. Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and compliant with the latest healthcare policies and client-specific guidance.
- Contribute creatively. Participate in team brainstorms and concept development, offering ideas that align with healthcare objectives and audience needs.
