The Sr. Graphic Designer for MODHealth is responsible for supporting our clients in all aspects of visual output. You’ll directly support creative directors in delivering award-winning work. This includes, but is not limited to: graphic design, photo manipulation, motion graphics, social media posts, production for both digital and print deliverables, branded collateral, web banners, presentation design and original content.
What you will do…
- Team player with a passion for design and a collaborative approach to problem-solving, who can develop creative solutions to a wide range of creative challenges in both print and digital formats.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, including color palettes, typography, and visual style guides.
- Lead designer on projects from concept to completion, providing creative direction and ensuring all design elements align with brand guidelines.
- Ability to work closely with the leadership to understand goals, objectives, and deliverables for all projects.
- Effective in communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Self-starter, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
- Accepting and providing constructive feedback.
- Guide and mentor junior graphic designers, providing feedback and developing their creative skills.
- Ensure full adherence to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient privacy and sensitive health data in all design processes.
Your Credentials
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a graphic designer
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- Aesthetic forward design (typography composition)
- Conceptual design thinking
- Experience using: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Keynote, Powerpoint. Experience with Sketch, Figma, a plus.
- Agency/in-house background
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and versatility across various mediums.
