Position Summary
Creates and maintains provider records to assist with quick turnaround of dental claims. This is a Temporary WFH position.
Pay Range
$17.00 - $18.55 hourly (depending on experience)
**Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Typing skills of 35 wpm net.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to self-manage and maintain production quotas.
Primary Functions:
- Create accurate dental records for providers and provider groups.
- Review the National Provider File for information for manual loading into Facets.
- Capture and report offices needing enrollment with electronic funds transfers (EFT).
- Monitor existing provider records for possible updates such as change in remit address or tax information.
- Assist Dental Claims with manual pricing as needed.
- Reply to customer service tasks for requests on provider contracting status, fees, and requests for updates.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments, including medical claims, dental claims, dental customer service and Moda Health employee claims and customer service.
- Email providers their accepted fees.
- Participate in user accepted testing (UAT) for system updates or new applications as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Working Conditions & Contact with Others
- Work from home environment with extensive close PC and keyboard work, constant sitting, and occasional phone work. Must be able to navigate multiple screens. Work in excess of a standard work week or in-office work to meet business needs.
- Internally with Dental Claims and Support, Dental Customer Service, Employee customer service/claims and Medical Claims.
