Position Summary
The Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving innovation initiatives by creating and supporting technical systems and data solutions. Working directly with key business stakeholders and members of the Innovation Team, this position will manage and track diverse challenges in systems engineering, integration, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment of continuous learning and development, facing new challenges and opportunities on a weekly basis. This position is hybrid at our Portland, Oregon location.
Pay Range
$68,762.66 - $89,411.99 annually
- Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role within a technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience with systems engineering and system integration projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to conduct technical and data analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting innovation projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Primary Functions:
- Lead and participate in complex systems engineering efforts to enhance system performance and functionality
- Spearhead system integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability between diverse technological platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system architectures and improving overall efficiency.
- Actively engage in ad hoc Innovation Team projects, providing critical business, technical, and data analysis expertise
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to drive operational improvements and technological advancements.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify organizational needs and translate them into effective technical requirements and solutions1
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Perform in-depth technical analysis to evaluate and enhance system efficiencies
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement new processes to optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, enhancements, and integration processes.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to inform strategic decisions and support innovation initiatives
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for system optimization and process improvements.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, enhancements, and integration processes to support knowledge sharing and continuity
