- Provide case management services to clients in need of support and guidance
- Conduct overviews to determine caregiver logs according to the time and care plan approved,
- Coordinate and monitor services to ensure clients' needs are met effectively
- Offer crisis intervention and support during challenging situations
## Experience
- Previous experience in Home Care or related field is required
- Proficiency crisis management strategies
- Strong understanding of Home Care regulations and guidelines
- Experience working with elderly or providing personal care services is a plus
