Modani Care is a family owned and operated In-Home Senior Care with 18 years of experience. We are passionate about providing personalized and quality home care to seniors all across Middle Georgia. We are available 24/7 and have the latest online systems for simple and easy access to your schedule, clocking in/out, and additional information. The ideal candidate will be patient & friendly with top tier communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. It’s an often demanding job as you will have to be available and have a flexible schedule. But, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are thankful for high quality assistance.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Current Tuberculosis Test Results
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends and unexpected emergency shifts.
- Prior experience in a senior healthcare, hospitality, or senior in-home care environment (Minimum of 1 year)
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
