Scheduler – Home Care Agency-Please read full description before applying

Are you a compassionate, caring individual with a passion for helping others in need? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Scheduler to join our home care agency team! In this role, you will play a key part in organizing and ensuring seamless care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate Daily visits for caregivers and clients
• Ensure timely and effective communication between caregivers, clients, and families
• Handle scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date schedule at all times
• Provide support to the team and clients with empathy and care
• Be creative and quick if we get a call out of a caregiver to make sure patient still receive the care for that day

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of consistent work history with one employer.
• Availability to work remote (on-call) shifts every other weekend.
• Passion for helping others and a loving, caring attitude.
• Motivated to grow within the company and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
