Responsibilities
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
- Utilize software such as PlanSwift to create detailed estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase
- Skills
- Some proficiency in software for construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Ability to interpret contracts and project documents
- Experience in cost control and budget management within the construction industry
- Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements

Pay: $72,489.00 - $80,000.00 per year
