Job Summary: This position is in the transportation and parking segment and will report directly to the project Director. The position will be responsible for the projects daily finance activities, financial reconciliation reporting, client billing, and subcontractor budgeting. This position is involved in all aspects of the project workflows, communicating directly with clients, customers, vendors, contractors and working across all levels of management. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in finance, some accounting and general business concepts, with superior analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and great interpersonal skills. The project is based in downtown Indianapolis with flexible in-person and remote work days as an option to be defined by the Manager. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle daily review and audit of all transactions Perform monthly invoicing with attention to client needs Daily correspondence with clients and vendors Monthly oversight in conjunction with accounting of a complex revenue reconciliation process. Monthly review and audit of monthly subcontractor invoicing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Manage the month-end close and client payment process, particularly bank reconciliations, accruals, deferred revenue schedules, management results reporting, and variance analyses Manage quarterly forecasting process for the project and conduct analysis of variances to plan and forecast Maintain oversight over internal controls and keep updated documents on current processes, policies and procedures being followed Ensure project compliance with all company accounting policies and advise the leadership team on discrepancies Liaise with Client stakeholders, auditors, and vendors as required for project scope and deliverables Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1 Trellint, a Modaxo company, simplifies curbside management.
